Such heinous acts are completely unacceptable and no one should ever have to endure such an experience. Although Boyer has served his sentence, the damage he has caused is irreversible.

The victim of this crime will carry the pain of this experience for the rest of her life, and it is a reminder of the importance of holding those who commit such atrocities accountable for their actions.
